Hero collage: frames from TikTok videos by @flavorsbyfrangipane, @tom.smallwood, @dollartreedinners, @macy.blackwell, @eatwitzo and @jazzy.leon, shown to identify the videos listed below.

These TikTok pasta recipes are eight pasta videos that creators have posted on TikTok, from a two-minute cacio e pepe to a baked ziti and a one-pot chicken alfredo. Each one has the creator’s own video embedded, the date it was posted, and what the creator’s caption says about the recipe.

What to know:

  • What is in the list: eight pasta videos, from 2023 to 2025, chosen because they are widely watched and show a full dish.
  • Where the recipe comes from: only the creator’s caption. Quantities and times are the creators’ own and have not been tested here.
  • Two captions have gaps: the baked ziti caption has no recipe, and two others give ingredients but no written steps.

How This List of TikTok Pasta Recipes Was Put Together

These TikTok pasta recipes were found by searching TikTok for cacio e pepe, one-pot pasta, vodka pasta, baked ziti, mac and cheese, creamy spaghetti and chicken alfredo. From the videos that came up, eight widely watched ones were kept, each showing a complete dish. For every video, the creator name, caption and post date were read from the video’s page, and the cover image was checked.

The list is a selection of videos this site found and recommends, not a ranking of all pasta videos on TikTok. Videos with children on screen were left out. The videos are not from this season: the oldest was posted in 2023 and the newest in August 2025, and each entry gives its date.

Everything these TikTok pasta recipes list under “the caption lists” comes from the creator’s caption as posted. Check the video for the full method and amounts before cooking, and follow your own dietary needs. This site has not tested any of the recipes.

1. Cacio e Pepe

First among these TikTok pasta recipes is a classic cacio e pepe from @mealswithmax, posted July 25, 2025. The creator is credited on TikTok as Meals with Max.

The caption lists:

  • 100g of spaghetti
  • 60g of pecorino Romano
  • 2 teaspoons of black peppercorns
  • Salt

The method in the caption is to boil the spaghetti for 8 minutes, until just under al dente, and whisk the grated pecorino with a splash of pasta water into a thick, creamy sauce. The peppercorns are ground and toasted in a dry pan for 30 to 60 seconds, then simmered with a ladle of pasta water for 1 to 2 minutes. The pasta goes into the pan and is stirred until glossy. With the heat off, the pecorino mixture is stirred in, and the dish is served with more pepper and pecorino.

  • 2 cups of pasta
  • 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream, 3 tablespoons of butter and 1/2 cup of parmesan

3. Vodka Pasta

Third among these TikTok pasta recipes is a vodka pasta from @tom.smallwood, posted July 22, 2023. The caption labels it “Day 12/20” of a series called 20 minute recipes for 20 days. The creator is credited on TikTok as Tom Smallwood.

The caption lists:

  • 250g of rigatoni
  • 2 diced shallots and 2 diced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes and 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 130g of tomato paste and 1 shot of vodka
  • 1 cup of thickened cream and 1 cup of parmesan
  • Parsley to garnish

The method in the caption is to boil the rigatoni in heavily salted water, saute the shallot and garlic for 2 minutes, then cook the chilli flakes, oregano and tomato paste for 1 to 2 minutes. The pan is deglazed with the vodka, “allowing the alcohol to cook out,” before the cream goes in and simmers for 5 minutes. After the parmesan, the rigatoni is taken out of the water 1 minute early and finished in the sauce, and cold cubed butter is stirred in to thicken it.
